Ratnsanghani Fashion is committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 3 days of receipt.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it directly to us within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including all tags and labels. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once we have received the item, and all conditions have been met, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will send you a return shipping label and once we receive the item, we will ship the requested exchange item.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been customized or personalized.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
• Any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
